1. Scope

This policy applies to all business-to-business (B2B) and trade account customers purchasing from GGM Parts Shop, including limited companies, sole traders, partnerships, contractors, and any purchases made for commercial or professional use.

Consumer rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations do not apply to B2B transactions.


2. No Automatic Right to Return

Trade customers do not have an automatic right to return goods once an order has been placed and dispatched.

All returns are subject to prior authorisation by GGM Parts Shop and are accepted strictly at our discretion.


3. Return Requests

Any request to return goods must:

  • Be made in writing within 7 calendar days of delivery.
  • Include the order number, product details, and reason for return.
  • Be approved by GGM before any goods are sent back.

Unauthorised returns will be refused and returned to the sender.


4. Condition of Returned Goods

Where a return is authorised, goods must:

  • Be unused, unfitted, and uninstalled.
  • Be in original undamaged packaging, complete with all labels, seals, accessories, and documentation.
  • Be in a fully resaleable condition.

Items that are damaged, incomplete, or not in resaleable condition will not be credited.


5. Electrical & Electronic Components

Due to the sensitive nature of electrical parts:

  • Electrical and electronic components are strictly non-returnable.
  • This includes, but is not limited to: ECUs, sensors, switches, controllers, solenoids, ignition modules, wiring looms, and control units.
  • No returns will be accepted for electrical items once supplied, unless deemed faulty by GGM following inspection.

6. Special Order & Non-Stock Items

The following are non-returnable under any circumstances unless faulty:

  • Special order parts
  • Bespoke or made-to-order items
  • Non-stock items ordered specifically for the customer

7. Restocking Charges

Where a discretionary return is approved, GGM reserves the right to apply a restocking fee of up to 25% of the goods value to cover handling, administration, and inspection costs.

All original delivery charges are non-refundable.


8. Faulty Goods (Trade)

If goods are believed to be faulty:

  • The customer must notify GGM within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Goods may be required to be returned for inspection and testing.
  • If a fault is confirmed, GGM will repair, replace, or credit at its discretion.
  • If no fault is found, the goods will be returned to the customer at their cost.

9. Return Shipping

All return shipping costs for trade customers are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Goods returned without authorisation or not in accordance with this policy may be rejected.


10. Limitation of Liability

GGM Parts Shop shall not be liable for:

  • Labour costs
  • Loss of earnings
  • Downtime
  • Consequential or indirect losses

Liability is strictly limited to the value of the goods supplied.
