1. Overview

At GGM Parts Shop, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase of genuine parts and components for groundscare, agricultural and arboriculture machinery. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items in accordance with this Returns Policy.

This policy applies to consumer (B2C) sales made through our online store. Trade or business-to-business (B2B) sales are subject to separate terms.


2. Returns Period

Customers may return products within 14 calendar days of receipt for a refund or exchange, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods. Once notified, you have a further 14 days to return the items.


3. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and unfitted.
  • The item must be returned in its original undamaged packaging, complete with all seals, labels, accessories, manuals and documentation.
  • Both the product and packaging must be in a condition suitable for resale.
  • The item must not show signs of use, installation, programming, modification, or damage.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or apply a deduction where items or packaging are damaged, incomplete, or not in a resaleable condition.


4. Electrical & Electronic Components

Due to the nature of electrical parts:

  • Electrical and electronic components are non-returnable once fitted, connected, programmed, or used.
  • Returns will only be accepted if the item is unused, uninstalled, in original sealed packaging, and in a fully resaleable condition.
  • Special order or non-stock electrical items are non-returnable unless faulty.
  • Electrical components supplied to trade or business customers are non-returnable.

This includes (but is not limited to): ECUs, sensors, switches, solenoids, controllers, ignition modules, wiring looms, and control units.


5. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our parts team within 14 days of delivery at parts@ggmgroup.com or via the Contact Us page.
  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  3. Our team will provide return instructions and the correct return address.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.


6. Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Refunds may be reduced if the item or packaging is not in resaleable condition.

7. Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered where an item is:

  • Faulty, or
  • Supplied incorrectly by us.

All exchanges are subject to stock availability.


8. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged in transit:

  • Contact us immediately with supporting photos or details.
  • We will arrange inspection, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
  • Where the fault is ours, reasonable return postage will be covered by GGM.

9. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless faulty:

  • Items that have been fitted, installed, used, or programmed.
  • Electrical or electronic components that have been connected.
  • Special order, bespoke, or non-stock items.
  • Items returned without original packaging or in non-resaleable condition.
  • Trade / business-to-business purchases.
